Information for Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation outlining your order and payment information.
Information on Shipping
All merchandise is shipped UPS. UPS does not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.
There are three options for UPS service. Please remember that UPS does
not count Saturday and Sunday as shipping days.
1 - UPS Ground service - takes 2-6 business days to
be delivered depending on the state you are shipping to. For delivery
times in your area, click here.
2 - UPS 2-day air service - Delivery in
2 business days after order processing.
3 - UPS Next Day Air - Delivery
in 1 business day after processing.
95% of all orders received before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will
ship the same day. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship
by 5 pm the following Monday. Any order placed on a Holiday will ship
the following scheduled business day.
Please use the comment section to specify details if you have OTHER
shipping requests.
If an item is NOT in stock, we will notify you by e-mail to let you
know our expected replenish date and ask how you would like to proceed.
To help us provide you with prompt delivery of your order, please make sure to provide a valid and complete email address that includes the '@information' (for example: peter@poppo.com or yourname@domain.com ).
Please note: that we currently do not have a multiple shipping option.
If you have multiple items going to separate shipping address, it is
necessary to place separate orders.
Return and Exchange Policy At Poppo, your satisfaction in our products is always 100% Guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item AND we want to make it easy as 1-2-3.
1. Obtain and print out our Return and Exchange Form.*
2. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.
3. Return the item by using one of the Merchandise Return Labels found on the Return and Exchange Form.* Affix this label onto the outside of the return package, over the original shipping label and take this package to your preferred postal carrier.
No additional outbound freight will be incurred on exchanges.
If you are exchanging for products of greater value, please provide your credit card information on the exchange form. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed against your card.
